Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank Co (DE:C3B) has released an update.
Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank has announced its 2024 interim profit distribution plan, proposing to distribute RMB2.208 billion in cash dividends. Shareholders will receive RMB1.944 per ten ordinary shares, reflecting 30% of the bank’s net profit for the first half of 2024. The dividends, subject to approval at the general meeting, will be distributed on January 23, 2025, in RMB and HKD.
