Chongqing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Kuang Yunlong as the new finance chief, general counsel, and secretary to the board of directors, following approval at the board’s fifth meeting. Mr. Yunlong comes with a strong background in financial management and relevant experience, and his role as secretary is subject to certification from the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The current president, Mr. Meng Wenwang, will cover the secretary duties until Mr. Yunlong formally assumes his position.
