CHK Oil Limited has announced major leadership changes, with Mr. Yu Jiyuan stepping down as Chairman and CEO due to health reasons, effective from October 4, 2024. Mr. Yu Zhibo has been appointed as the new Chairman, while Mr. Jin Ailong will take over as CEO. These top-level changes come alongside a reshuffle in the Board’s committee composition and the appointment of a new Authorized Representative and Process Agent.
