The latest update is out from Chipotle (CMG).
Jack Hartung, the long-standing Chief Financial Officer of Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc., is set to retire on March 31, 2025. Adam Rymer, a dedicated member of Chipotle’s finance team since 2009, will step into the CFO role starting January 1, 2025. Jamie McConnell will also be promoted to Chief Accounting and Administrative Officer, with both Rymer and McConnell’s compensations remaining unchanged. Chipotle announced these executive transitions with a commitment to a seamless handover and clarified that no additional familial or financial disclosures were necessary for the appointees.
