ChipMOS Technologies (IMOS) has released an update.
ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. recently conducted its 2024 annual shareholders’ meeting, where they ratified the previous fiscal year’s financial statements and earnings distribution plan. They also elected nine directors, including five independent ones, to their 11th Board of Directors and approved the release of these directors from non-compete restrictions. The resolutions passed were in line with those proposed in the company’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting Handbook.
