China Yuchai International Schedules Annual Meeting

China Yuchai International (CYD) has released an update.

China Yuchai International Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting to be held on August 7, 2024, at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel in Singapore, where shareholders will discuss key issues including the adoption of the latest audited financial statements and the reappointment of Ernst & Young LLP as independent auditors. The agenda also includes approving an increased limit for Directors’ fees and re-electing several Directors. Shareholders are encouraged to vote in advance and proxies can be appointed to vote on behalf of members unable to attend.
