China Wah Yan Healthcare Board Reshuffle

China Wah Yan Healthcare (HK:0648) has released an update.

China Wah Yan Healthcare has announced a reshuffle of its board of directors, effective from 1 August 2024, with key appointments including Mr. Ngok Ho Wai and Ms. Tang Cuihuen as new independent non-executive directors. Mr. Ngok will also serve as the chairperson of the nomination committee and is a member of several other committees, while Ms. Tang brings over 20 years of experience in corporate and financial management to the board. The changes come alongside a series of resignations, including executive directors Mr. Chng Wai Kwan and Mr. Wang Jianguo, and independent non-executive director Ms. Hu Xuezhen.
