China Vanke Co. has reported significant sales achievements for June 2024, with a contract sales area of nearly 2 million square meters and 25.13 billion RMB in sales. The first half of the year saw the company accumulate a contract sales area of over 9 million square meters, totaling 127.33 billion RMB. Additionally, a new development project in Xuzhou has been acquired, expanding the company’s portfolio.
