Ltd. has announced the results of its Rights Issue, revealing a subscription of approximately 1.8% of the available shares, with full allocation of excess Rights Shares to qualifying shareholders. The Rights Issue has raised a total of HK$1,642,560.75 in gross proceeds. Additionally, the company has initiated a Placing period to procure subscribers for the unsubscribed Rights Shares, which will reduce the Rights Issue size if not placed.
