Ltd. announced the successful passage of a resolution regarding a proposed Rights Issue and related transactions during an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on June 7, 2024, with unanimous approval from voting shareholders. The Rights Issue, which will increase the total number of issued shares by over 50% within a year, received the required majority with no votes against and no abstentions reported. This move comes as the company, which currently has no controlling shareholder, adheres to the Hong Kong Listing Rules requiring independent shareholder voting.
