Ltd. has announced an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for June 7, 2024, to discuss and potentially approve a rights issue of 610,714,104 new shares at HK$0.15 each, offering two for every one share held. The company intends to allow certain directors to adjust the offering to suit international legal and regulatory requirements and to finalize the necessary actions and documents to implement the rights issue and associated transactions.
