China Tower Corporation Limited announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.03739 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, which will be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.099237, or HKD 0.0411 per share. The shareholders approved the dividend on 20 May 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for 23 May 2024 and the payment date on 28 June 2024. The company also outlined withholding tax rates for different shareholder categories, ranging from 10% to 20%.
