China Tower Declares Interim Dividend, Sets Payment Date

China Tower (HK:0788) has released an update.

China Tower Corporation Limited announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.0109 per share for the first half of the financial year ending December 31, 2024. The dividend is approved for shareholders on September 13, 2024, with payment to be made on November 29, 2024. The company outlined withholding tax rates for different shareholder categories, ranging from 10% to 20%, depending on the shareholder’s country of domicile and applicable tax treaties with the PRC.
