China Tontine Wines Group has announced the withdrawal of a shareholder’s requisition to remove certain directors, following the resignation of the targeted directors. Consequently, the special general meeting originally scheduled for December 6, 2024, has been canceled. The company also continues to suspend trading of its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange until further notice, advising shareholders and investors to exercise caution.
