China Telecom (HK:0728) has released an update.
China Telecom Corporation Limited has announced new framework agreements with China Telecommunications Corporation and E-surfing Pay, effective from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027, replacing the existing agreements set to expire at the end of 2024. These agreements cover a wide range of services, including engineering, ancillary telecommunications, and digital finance. The transactions are considered continuing connected transactions under the Hong Kong Listing Rules and are subject to reporting and annual review, but not to independent shareholder approval.
