China Telecom Corporation Limited announced that all resolutions were approved by shareholders during the AGM on May 27, 2024, including the endorsement of a final dividend of RMB0.090 per share for the year 2023. The dividend payout is scheduled for July 26, 2024. The AGM, which combined physical attendance with online voting, saw a 74.74% shareholder turnout.
