China Silver Tech Completes Major Share Issuance

China Silver Technology Holdings Limited (HK:0515) has released an update.

China Silver Technology Holdings Limited has successfully issued 330 million new shares at HK$0.108 each, raising approximately HK$35.64 million in gross proceeds. The funds are earmarked for partial repayment of the company’s construction payables and for general working capital needs. This issuance represents about 29.12% of the company’s enlarged share capital post-completion.
