China Silver Group Ltd. successfully held its Annual General Meeting on June 14, 2024, with all proposed resolutions passing by a significant majority. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of approving the 2023 audited financial statements, the re-election of key directors, and the re-appointment of the company’s auditor. Additionally, mandates were approved to allow the board to issue and deal with additional shares, repurchase shares, and extend the capacity to transfer treasury shares.
