China Shenhua Energy Co. has announced the immediate resignation of Mr. Xu Mingjun, the executive vice president, due to retirement. The company confirmed that Mr. Xu’s departure bears no negative impact on its operations and has expressed appreciation for his contributions. No disputes were reported between Mr. Xu and the Board at the time of his resignation.
