China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. has entered into new Procurement and Products and Commodities Sales Framework Agreements with CR Holdings, set to begin in January 2025 and last until the end of 2027. These agreements, which involve purchasing supplies and products, are classified as continuing connected transactions under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules. The transactions are subject to reporting and annual review requirements but do not require independent shareholders’ approval.
