China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. has announced a boardroom shuffle effective from 7 June 2024, with Mr. Hou Bo resigning due to retirement and Mr. Guo Chuan taking over as a non-executive Director. Mr. Guo brings extensive experience from his previous roles, including leadership positions at Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management Company Limited and Beijing North Star Company Limited. The company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Hou for his service and confirmed that Mr. Guo’s appointment entails no director’s emolument and is up for re-election at the next annual general meeting.
