China Resources Gas Group has renewed its framework agreements with Shanxi Gas for the purchase and supply of natural gas. The new agreements, effective from January 2025 to December 2027, involve several subsidiaries and are categorized as continuing connected transactions. While these transactions are exempt from shareholder approval, they will be subject to standard reporting and review requirements.
