China Resources Beer (Holdings) Co (HK:0291) has released an update.
China Resources Beer (Holdings) Co has sealed a supply framework agreement with its connected entity, CRH, to provide assorted alcoholic beverages for a span of three years, starting January 2024 and concluding at the end of December 2026. The deal involves supplying products like beer and baijiu, primarily for retail and distribution by CRH Group, and will not require independent shareholder approval as it falls within the reporting and annual review threshold set by the Listing Rules.
