China Renaissance Holdings (HK:1911) has released an update.
China Renaissance Holdings announces a delay in publishing its 2024 interim results, which were initially due by August 31, 2024. The delay is due to the additional time required for completing the audits of the 2022 and 2023 annual results. These results, along with the 2024 interim results, are now expected to be approved and published following a board meeting on September 5, 2024.
