China Renaissance Holdings (HK:1911) has released an update.

China Renaissance Holdings Limited has announced its annual general meeting to take place on October 9, 2024, in Hong Kong, where it will discuss the adoption of audited financial statements for 2022 and 2023, the re-election and election of directors, and the appointment of its auditor. Shareholders will also consider granting the board of directors the authority to issue additional shares and determine director remuneration.
