China Reinsurance (Group) Corp. Class H (HK:1508) has released an update.

China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation announces the nomination of Mr. Keung Yui Fai as an independent non-executive director candidate, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Keung, with a legal background and prior director experience, has been vetted for independence in line with Hong Kong’s Listing Rules. His term will begin upon meeting regulatory approvals and the company’s procedural requirements.
