China Reinsurance (Group) Corp has announced the resignation of Ms. Zhu Xiaoyun as joint company secretary due to changes in her work commitments, with no disputes reported with the Board. They have shown appreciation for her service and introduced Mr. Liu Yuanzhang as the new appointee. Mr. Liu’s appointment is contingent on a waiver from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited due to his current lack of formal qualifications, and the company will update on this matter in future.
