China Power International Development Limited is celebrating its 20th anniversary of being listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by declaring a special dividend of RMB0.05 per share, totaling about RMB618.5 million. The dividend distribution will occur around October 15, 2024, and investors should note that a 10% withholding income tax will be applied for non-individual foreign shareholders. Shareholders must complete necessary procedures by October 4, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend.
