China Partytime Culture Holdings Ltd. has announced a delay in the dispatch of a circular related to the substantial disposal of a property holding company. Originally scheduled for release by December 24, 2024, the circular is now expected to be sent to shareholders by January 24, 2025, as additional time is needed to finalize the details.
