China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. announced its second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2024, scheduled for October 14th in Shanghai, to potentially elect Ms. CHEN Xin as a new Independent Non-executive Director. H Share shareholders must ensure their transfer documents are lodged with the registrar by October 7th to attend the EGM. Shareholders may appoint proxies in writing to vote on their behalf if they are unable to attend.
