China Overseas Property Holdings Limited has announced that unclaimed dividends from 2017 and 2018 will be forfeited and revert to the company if not claimed by shareholders by September 11, 2024. The unclaimed dividends are from the final dividend of 2017 and the interim dividend of 2018, amounting to HK1.5 cents and HK2.0 cents per share, respectively. Shareholders are urged to contact the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, before the deadline to claim their dividends.
