China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited has renewed its agreement with China Overseas Land & Investment Limited (COLI) for the supply of materials, extending the partnership for another three years from 2025 to 2027. This move comes as the previous agreement, effective until the end of 2024, is set to expire. The renewal is subject to shareholder approval due to its status as a connected transaction under Hong Kong’s listing rules.
