China Oilfield Services Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.21 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, with an updated payment date of 28 June 2024 and an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.098061. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 11 June 2024 to be registered for the dividend, which will be subject to a withholding tax rate of 10% for non-resident enterprise shareholders and varying rates for individual shareholders based on their country of residence.
