China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited announced a revision of annual caps for its continuing connected transactions due to an expected increase in business development. The company also terminated its 2023 Financial Services Agreement, replacing it with a new Financial Services Framework Agreement to provide various financial services until December 2026.
