China Molybdenum Co. has announced major leadership reappointments, including Mr. Yuan Honglin’s re-election as Chairman and Mr. Li Chaochun and Mr. Lin Jiuxin as Vice Chairmen, effective until the 2026 AGM. Additionally, the company has determined the composition of its various Board Committees, with appointments spanning from Audit and Risk to Strategic and Sustainability, all effective until the 2026 AGM.
