China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. has announced its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2024, which is scheduled to take place on October 25th. The agenda includes resolutions on interim profit distribution, appointment and remuneration of auditing firms, as well as amendments to the company’s Articles of Association and various procedural rules. Shareholders must register by October 21st to attend the EGM and by October 30th to be eligible for the proposed cash dividend, subject to approval at the meeting.
