China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Yang Yu, the vice chairman of its Board of Supervisors, due to retirement. Mr. Yang’s departure is amicable, with no disagreements with the board or management, and no issues requiring shareholder or creditor attention. The Board expressed its gratitude for Mr. Yang’s contributions during his service.
