China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. has announced an interim cash dividend of RMB1.01 per ten shares, to be paid on October 14, 2024 to H Shareholders on record as of September 20, 2024. The dividend will be distributed in RMB for A Shareholders and in HKD for H Shareholders, with the latter determined by a recent exchange rate. Additionally, the company will handle withholding and payment of income tax on dividends according to PRC laws and the specific tax agreements with other countries.
