China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. Class H has announced the resignation of Mr. ZHANG Jian, Mr. DENG Weidong, and Mr. MA Boyin from their non-executive director roles, alongside Mr. WANG Zhangwei as a shareholders’ representative supervisor, due to changes in their work arrangements. The company has also nominated new candidates for the vacant positions, with the proposed appointments of Mr. LIU Zhenhua, Ms. LIU Hui, and Mr. LI Delin as non-executive directors, and Ms. SUN Xian as a shareholders’ representative supervisor, all subject to approval at the next Shareholders’ General Meeting.
