China Maple Leaf Educational Systems Limited has announced proposed amendments to its Memorandum and Articles of Association to align with updated regulatory requirements and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime. Shareholder approval will be sought at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM). Further details will be provided in a circular to be published and distributed to shareholders.
