China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited has announced its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2024, scheduled for 27 June, in Beijing. Shareholders will convene to vote on the appointment of Mr. Wang Liqiang as an executive director. Details regarding eligibility and proxy appointment for the EGM were also provided, with a closure of the H share register from 24 to 27 June.
