China LNG Group Appoints Experienced Non-Executive Director

China HK Power Smart Energy Group Limited has appointed Mrs. Kan Kung Chuen Lai as a non-executive director, effective December 2, 2024. Mrs. Kan brings extensive experience in investment and administration, having served as a director at BK Capital Limited and as an executive director for the company previously. Her appointment aligns with the company’s strategic goals, as her spouse, Dr. Kan Che Kin, holds a significant shareholding in the company.
