China Kingstone Mining Holdings Limited has transitioned to electronic dissemination of corporate communications, such as interim reports and notices of meetings, in compliance with the HKEX Listing Rules effective 31 December 2023. Shareholders who prefer receiving printed copies can request them via email or by contacting the company’s share registrar. Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide their email addresses to their intermediaries to receive future communications.
