China Kangda Food Co. has announced the resignations of Ms. Fung Po Ting and Ms. Chiang Wai Ming from their roles as joint company secretaries and other positions effective 30th August 2024, with no disagreements or controversial matters reported. Ms. Au Wing Sze will be taking over the vacated roles, bringing over a decade of experience in the corporate secretarial field. The company expressed thanks to the outgoing secretaries and welcomed Ms. Au.
