China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited (HK:0817) has released an update.
China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited has announced the acquisition of a 51% equity interest in Nanjing Jiatai, after its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Hefei Fengmao, won the bid for a capital increase project with an investment of RMB302,884,461. The deal, which is classified as a discloseable transaction, will elevate Nanjing Jiatai to an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of China Jinmao, with the total registered capital of the Project Company reaching RMB550 million.
