China Isotope & Radiation Corp. (HK:1763) has released an update.

China Isotope & Radiation Corporation’s subsidiary, CNGT, has entered into an investment agreement with 404 Company and other investors to establish a joint venture named Gansu Hongye with a registered capital of RMB95 million. Under the agreement, 404 Company will hold a 60% stake, while CNGT will own 10% of the equity. This strategic move involves a connected transaction under Hong Kong’s listing rules, reflecting the company’s expansion efforts in collaboration with its parent entity, CNNC.
