China Isotope & Radiation Corporation has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.3131 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, payable in HKD at 0.3438 per share on 13 August 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 20 June 2024 to be eligible, and the shares will go ex-dividend on 19 June 2024. Withholding tax rates will apply to non-resident shareholders, varying from 10% to 20% depending on the country’s tax treaty with China.
