China International Capital Enhances Corporate Governance

China International Capital (HK:3908) has released an update.

China International Capital Corporation Limited has announced new procedural guidelines to enhance the efficiency and decision-making of its Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee, in accordance with Chinese laws and Hong Kong Listing Rules. The committee, mainly composed of independent directors, is responsible for reviewing the board’s composition and the selection process for directors and senior management, as well as developing corporate governance policies.
