China International Capital Corporation Limited successfully conducted its 2023 Annual General Meeting, where all proposed resolutions were approved, including amendments to the company’s Articles of Association, and procedural rules for shareholders, board, and supervisory committee meetings. The meeting, which had a 64.03% attendance by shareholders, also saw the finalization of the 2023 dividend distribution and the election of the new Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee.
