The disposal of the bonds, which are backed by a standby letter of credit from Nanyang Commercial Bank (China), is classified as a discloseable transaction as per the Listing Rules, not requiring shareholder approval. While the bonds were openly traded, directors affirm that no connected persons or associates of the company were involved in the purchase.
